The new Guidance System MOBA MDS-2000 for Punches is a compact and robust system suitable for punching machines.

Consists of:

• Tilt (angle) sensor
• Depth sensor
• Turn sensor
• Direction sensor
• Computing Unit
• Control screen
• USB port

Functions – Guidance System MOBA MDS-2000 Perforators:

• The operator enters the desired slope on both the X and Y axis and the desired drilling depth.
• Defines the desired possible deviation from the given in X and Y.

From the control screen it has the following features:

1. Check the current (actual) slope at any time and correct it.
2. To be informed about the actual and vertical drilling depth and when the desired one is reached it has an informative display on the screen.
3. To be informed about the daily and total length of perforations made by the machine and with the possibility of resetting the measurements.
4. Be informed about the drilling speed.
5. To be informed about the number of perforations (holes) he has performed.
6. Have a choice between the measurement units (m or ft).
7. Be informed about the operating hours of the machine.

The MDS 2000 has a safety system with the possibility of stopping the operation.

It has an ergonomic and simple operator-friendly function menu.

Finally, the MDS 2000 has a self-diagnostic fault system, giving us the possibility to avoid wrong measurements.
