More than 30 years of experience have been applied to the system MOBA-matic. MOBA-matic is the latest generation of control systems and was developed exclusively for Finishers and Mills.

Thanks to its technological superiority and its compatibility, the system is gradually displacing the established analogue products G176 and S276 for height and slope control.

The system MOBA-Matic it works independently for each hydraulic cylinder and thus separately for each side of the machine. Thus, combinations with already existing height and tilt sensors are possible.

MOBA-Matic is installed on ALL BRANDS and ALL MODELS of Finishers and Milling Machines: VOGELE, WIRTGEN, DYNAPAC, ABG, VOLVO, AMMANN, CAT, CATERPILLAR, BOMAG, XCMG, SHANTUI, DEMAG.

– O Sonic-Ski sensor reads either Seam, or the milled surface or previous layer for a perfect seam. – Very easy operator operation with only 4 buttons. – The only sensor with 6 “eyes” – ultrasonic detectors

The system MOBA-Matic controls one side of the Finisher (Left or Right). 2 sets are required to test both sides.

The Controller allows the operator to perform all the desired operations, while the sensors are separate units.
Depending on the application the digital controller is connected to the sensor of your choice with a spiral cable.
Each sensor is automatically recognized by the digital controller.
